trochee is probably the easiest. It's the reverse of iamb, so instead of the iamb: "I found the way." where you have to start with unaccented syllables, you start it with an accented one and go down and up: "Finding what I looked for." That way you can avoid conjunctives like the, and, if, for, etc. for the first word. But as you can see, iamb might make a better flow, since it allows the preceding line to be carried into the next line more easily using unaccented conjunctives.
