Is Lil Wayne the next 2Pac?

Personally, I'm not a big Lil Wayne fans and a lot of people aren't. But A LOT of people are DIE HARD fans of him music. He's got the bad boy persona down, lyrical content is amazing sometimes, young, ladies man, good flow, serious lyrics at times. I can only draw comparisons to the late 2Pac with Lil Wayne. This guy is probably the most notable rapper on the hip-hop scene right now. Bigger than 2Pac was I believe. But would you consider him the next Shakur? I know no one can take his place but still
