I need a computer that can edit AVCHD with ease i mean no problem at all?

i really need a computer to edit avchd videos with ease, i am a videographer and now i amma invest in it, am planing to make a movie soon and i need a suburb work flow wile editing, am planing to launch out on my movie career, so yea i say movies. so i would like to be able to import like 3 hours of atleast 24megabits 1920*1080p videos in my time lime without it freezing or get jittery or play back slow, i need a real time work flow all the to the end. as i said money not the issue, just need to make a good investment in this. so i say amma edit movies yea so i need some real power.
